In terms of campus recruiting, Johnson & Wales University is one of Hilton's top schools to recruit from. Recent Graduate, Monete Cockburn, has went on to be an extremely hospitality industry professional at Conrad New York, and current Campus Ambassador, Clayton Golde, is about to start his Management Development Program.
Hilton Worldwide is changing the way that hospitality students connect with each other -- they recently launched "Hilton Campus Conversations", which is a place to join a community of faculty, staff, and students from Hilton's core schools, to enhance relationship networking and develop relationships with key university stakeholders nationwide through an online forum.
