Asset Management Course Provides Consulting to Historic Newport Hotel
Newport Bay Club is using Professor Ferguson's independent study class - HOSP 4040 - Hotel Asset Management to provide a top-to-bottom Asset Managment Consultation
Four students from Professor Brian Ferguson's Asset Management independent study are getting real world Asset Management experience by providing consulting to The Newport Bay Club.
The class will work over the next eight weeks to provide a total asset management consultation to the property. The class hopes to make positive recommendations, and will provide Newport Bay Club with professional consultation services.
